JQL editor cannot handle complex requests

We use customised Story points to assign to epic/theme and story issues within a project. We are trying to show results by project name and points. It only seems that the JQL editor can handle one or the other and not both at the same time.

We are then wanting to take these results and trying to summarize them in a graph on a customised dashboard, whereby each separate project is shown along with its points.
