Allow subscription to a particular component, to receive notification messages for issues in that component

      Please add an email subscription feature for any issue events in a particular component (including creation of an issue and resolution/closure of an issue).

      Right now you only get notification emails if you are watching a particular issue or you're the original poster or you're the assignee. This requires you to opt in to watching an issue. With a flurry of issues going along, unless you check JIRA regularly for new ones (which is an unreasonable expectation), you don't find out about them.

      It should be possible to be notified of any new issues or changes in issue status in a particular component. The notification email should include a convenience link e.g. "Watch this issue" if it is something of importance.
