Make post-JIRA 4.1 Issue Links section of issue view as readable as pre-4.1

      One of our biggest usability complaints with the JIRA 4.1 issue view is the rendering of the Issue Links section. This has not yet been addressed as part of the 4.2 UI. Please improve the rendering of this section in addition to all of the other sections that have been improved. See the subtasks of this ticket for details.
