custom fields of the types (multi) user picker and (multi) group picker shouldn't be displayed under the new pane "people" by default

With the new issue detail view coming with JIRA 4.1 we have real trouble because every existing custom field of the types

• user picker
• multi user picker
• group picker
• multi group picker

is now displayed on the right column under "People" regardless the screen tab definition!

Since we are heavily using these kinds of custom fields for different purposes (especially for dynamic right management) we hide these fields in different screen tabs in order to not disturb the user with unnecessary pieces of information.

My improvement proposal would be that these custom fields should be displayed in the screen tabs as defined in the screen schemes.

And to be honest, I'm very unhappy with this new behaviour. In my point of view every custom field independent of its type has to be displayed furthermore together with the other custom field values! Or this should be adjustable!
