Provide javadoc in the maven repository please

      It would be very pleasing to get the javadoc from the Maven repo, as is possible with a couple of JIRA dependencies - for atlassian-jira-4.0.2.jar I can unfortunately NOT get javadoc via Maven. Additionally, it's impossible to set the Javadoc path for the JAR because m2eclipse seems to reset this path to an empty value each time the project is built.
