      When going to the below (when you are logged out of EAC/J):

      https://extranet.atlassian.com/jira/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/temp/SearchRequest.xml?jqlQuery=parent+%3D+%22SUPPORT-493%22+and+resolution+%3D+Unresolved&tempMax=1000&os_username=atlassiansupport&os_password=blah

      It will show an error of "An issue with key 'SUPPORT-493' does not exist for field 'parent'", when the root cause of the issue is that the os_username and os_password combo is incorrect.

      Usually this isn't much of a big deal expect when it shows up in confluence when using the jiraissues macro and leaves poor confluence support people wondering what's wrong with parent field (which exists) when the real error is the incorrect username/pass.
