      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The XML view of the issue navigator is expensive; more expensive than RSS, Excel or Word. Currently there are two properties that can limit the reuslts:

      jira.search.views.max.limit
      jira.search.views.default.max

      These properties apply to all views. It'd be nice to be able to lower just the XML view if it's having performance problems and leave the other functionality.
