Make website icons transparent.

      This issue is not only for JIRA; it's for all products. The website icons all have a white background but they would be prettier with a transparent background. I attached a screenshot of my Windows 7 taskbar showing the Atlassian icons next to a number of other icons. The Atlassian icons on the taskbar are from adding application shortcuts via Google Chrome.
