Hi

Currently when we log time against an issue, the activity stream shows something like:
Joe Bloggs changed the Time Spent to '167400' on XYZ-1234

It would be much more helpful to show something like:
Joe Bloggs worked for 30m on XYZ-1234
or
Joe Bloggs updated the work done to 5h 45m on XYZ-1234
