Issue view which includes the change history items of the issue

      There is currently no functionality for viewing the change history items of an issue or issues in a manner which is acceptable for reporting or printing.

      Furthermore, the existing issue views only print the comments of an issue; they do not allow you to choose which tab panel is included in the view.
