Issue link drop down should respect history order

      It dosn't seem like the issue link drop down doesn't respect the historical order of the issues like the plain issues history drop down. Maybe it sorts by relvence?? Anyway, it doesn't really make much sense, especially since it doesn't match my history drop down.
