Move through a list directly from edit page to edit page

Use case I have a list of issues, I wish to update the majority of them in different ways e.g. update priority /add a comment / change Fix Version, right now I have to:

1. Select the filter
2. Select the first issue

3. Select edit
4. Do the edit
5. Select update or cancel
6. Select next
7. Repeat step 3

The workflow I would like

1. Select the filter
2. Select the first issue

3. Do the edit
4. Select next (this saves the change)
5. Repeat step 3
