Add issue key to attachment URL

Quite often when I'm viewing several artifacts (say for support cases) in multiple tabs, I get lost as to which artifacts belong to which issue. It'd be nice to have the issue key in the URL itself.

So instead of

http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/attachment/29791/threadDump.txt

have something like

http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/attachment/BAM-3385/29791/threadDump.txt

or better still

http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-3385/attachment/29791/threadDump.txt

I think it'd be relatively easy to have a URLRewrite rule that just strips off all the redundant info (like issue key) and forwards the request to the correct servlet.
