Assign Multiple Notification Schemes to a Project

      We would like to be able to assign multiple notification schemas to a Project.

      We have global notifications that are the same for each project. We would also like addtional notifications to be sent based ona the individual project. Currently we need to duplicate the same settings in new notification schemas for each project.

            Due to the large volume of JIRA feature suggestions, we have to prioritise our development efforts. In part, that means concentrating on those issues that resonate the most with our users.

            Someone linked another issue to this related to multiple Permission schemes per project.. I suggest changing the Title of this issue to reflect All schemes (not just notification schemes)

            I am also interested in adding more schemes to a project than just one.

            Particularly Issue Field Schemes, as I would like certain groups to see different field views (required field for some and not required for others, etc) on issue submission for the same project.
