It would be nice to be able to edit workflow drafts (as well as inactive workflows for that matter) directly in XML, instead of having to save workflow XML, edit it and then import it as a new workflow. This would enable administrators to easily create common-actions (among other things) even though they are not supported in the workflow editor.
