When issues have many comments, it becomes very difficult for a reviewer or engineer working the ticket to read through all those and find the comments that really make an important contribution. It would be very handy to have a method for flagging some comments as important, which would then highlight that comment in some way for display. Ideally one could also have an additional tab that displays only comments flagged as important.
