When posting a comment or making any other change to a bug, there's no immediate indication of who will be sent email as a result.

It's hard for ordinary users to even find out:

• Watchers are a couple of clicks away
• It's not obvious whether reporters, commenters, or other people listed directly on the bug page itself will receive comments
• There can be people who receive email for every bug in a project because of notification schemes

A simple status list just below the comment field listing all the recipients would help alleviate this.
