Color coding of comments based on group, reporter and assignee

      On the SL JIRA someone suggested color coding for comments. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-688

      This shouldn't be too hard to do, just a few extra css classes for comments and changes.

      The attached greasemonkey script is for Firefox 3 only due to using semitransparent colors (rgba). It color codes comments based on Reporter, Assignee and by last name (i wrote it for the SL Jira).
