A comment can be edited by clicking 'edit' near the top of the comment. However, the issue description does not have this option; one must select 'Edit issue' from the left-pane. This is a little non-obvious, and usability would be much improved if the issue description also had an 'Edit' link next to it. This link should only edit the description, not the entire issue as 'Edit issue' does.
