The SOAP interface is very incomplete. Can you please add some more methods. All basic Functions would be a great asset:

getAllUsers http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-8970
getAllGroups http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12951
getGroupsForUser

renaming group http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1391
renaming user http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1549
setPassword / setPasswordForUser
...

And if you could somehow synchronize methods to confluence that would even be perfect. (like addusertogroup, in confluence its remoteuser, group and in jira its group, user).
