It would be good if there's an option for us to specify the date format of non-web format output such as Excel. Some users have problem getting the date to be recognized by Microsoft Excel (which relies on Windows user locale settings). For instance, if JIRA's date format has timezone "z" in it, date fields in the spreadsheet will be treated as text fields instead in Excel, because timezone is not a supported item in the Windows user locale's date format.
