List boxes on the "Create New Issue" form are annoying tiny peepholes into a large list of items.

      Regarding the Components list box on the "Create New Issue" form.

      It is annoying to have to scroll a 5-line peephole back and forth in a list of 47 items looking for something that's relevant.

      I suggest you invent a javascript widget that expands to the full height of the screen while it has focus.
