Executable bit not set on shell scripts in zip distribution

      Users who download the ZIP version on Unix, Linux or Mac cannot run JIRA due to the following startup error:

      If you encounter issues starting up JIRA Standalone Edition, please see the Troubleshooting guide at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Installation+Troubleshooting+Guide
      The BASEDIR environment variable is not defined correctly
      This environment variable is needed to run this program

      The error occurs when the setclasspath.sh file isn't executable because the user used the zip distribution instead of the tar.gz.

      To avoid this, we should fix our zip distribution so it sets the executable bit.
