Perpetual edit screen mode (rather than the default click to edit method)

      A customer has requested that JIRA have a screen 'mode' enabling editable fields in the traditional 'view only' mode.

      This would allow users to update fields values from dropdown menus (for example) and then submit directly from the view screen. This contrasts against the current paradigm which forces users to have to click to edit before they can edit values and then submit those changes.

      This may increase productivity for users of JIRA.
