Limit the number of characters per line in the API .html documentation files

      Some API .html documentation files have very long lines - e.g. line 3463 of jira-development-kit-3.6-1\api\index-all.html contains 51599 characters. Some configuration management systems limit the number of characters in ascii/text files to 8000 chars. Without editing - to limit the line length - it is not possible to check in these files.
