Unable to change User Avatar after updating HipChat for JIRA plugin

Summary

Avatar selection screen is not showing up after updating HipChat for JIRA plugin to the latest version

Environment

JIRA 6.2.7
HipChat for JIRA 6.11.5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a fresh JIRA 6.2.7
2. Upload a custom avatar for your user
3. Update UPM to the latest version
4. Update HipChat for JIRA plugin to the latest version
5. Attempt to change User Avatar

Expected Results

Avatar selection window will appear, and user can select a new avatar

Actual Results

1. Clicking the avatar icon does nothing
2. Menu drop-down in JIRA header is not shown
   
3. Unable to run the 'g' + 'g' function for Admin user

Workaround

If you are not integrating JIRA with HipChat, please navigate to Administration » Add-ons » Manage Add-ons and disable:

• Atlassian Hipchat Integration Plugin Core
• HipChat for JIRA
