JIRA does not change avatar due to issues with HipChat plugin

Hi team,

There is a bug on JIRA 6.2.4 with HipChat where the users are not able to change avatars (clicking the link does not perform any action) due to incompatibility problems with HipChat. Disabling the plugin does solve the problem.

This appears to be the same problem as seen on HC-11564, which was already resolved.
