At the moment, the only way to associate project in the custom field context is through UI in Custom field > Configure > and refer to Choose applicable context

The problem happens when the instance has huge number of projects and a long list of custom fields to be associated with each project.

• With the limited number of project visible in the context dialog box at a time, the process becomes troublesome.
• Furthermore, The projects are listed alphabetically, which means that the users need to scroll down to find the desired project.
• If the users wrongly click the project, the chance is that the previous selected projects can get deselected.

These are a fews option how we can improve this:

• We can list the newly created project on the top of the list, which will make it easier for the user to refer to
• Have the option of how many projects can be visible in that context dialog box at a time
• Have the bulk operation for this
