It would be great if we can have a gadget in JIRA to create a custom list of our favorites URLs (from different Atlassian applications).
Today we can achieve a similar result using the text gadget, however it's not the best solution. In our customer's words (regarding the text gadget):
- Opening up a security hole to allow for this is overkill
- I wouldn't expect most of our users to know how to format the HTML for a list of links
