In the Atlassian Jira install4j windows executable (e.g. atlassian-jira-6.2.7-x64.exe), the i4j config appears to be expecting to be able to rename the tcnative-1.dll.x64 file in /bin directory. Installation log shows this fails as the file is not found. Necessary file is actually in an /bin/apr directory.
Please correct the i4j configuration or Jira install package so this works.
The APR adds non-blocking IO capability to Tomcat/Jira on Windows platforms, improving performance.
Workaround is to manually copy and rename the dll file after installation to ensure the file is located on the classpath.
