Activity streams generates links with template logic

Seen on one issue on SDog on the dashboard.

Clicking the description of the item takes you to "https://sdog.jira.com/plugins/servlet/gadgets/$uriProvider.getIssueUri($issue).toASCIIString()".

This seems to be related to remote links – I see it also with "created a link from JSTDEV-2907 - Update Confluence from 5.3-OD-8 to 5.3-OD-11 to CONFDEV-20517 (Atlassian JIRA)" – which links to a remote JIRA instead of a remote Confluence.
