Warranty - Cloning issues should always create links in correct direction(from clone to original issue)

    Description

      Currently freshly installed JIRA will create Cloners links in correct direction, but instances upgraded from JIRA older than 6.0 can have jira.clone.link.legacy.direction flag set to true and create those links in "legacy" direction. Flag jira.clone.link.legacy.direction can be also switched on and off manually in Advanced Settings. This easily results in broken instances where some links were created in correct and some in "legacy" direction. Existence of this flag also makes life harder for plugin developers.
