Columns of Issue Navigator is sometimes misplaced

Summary of bug

In IE9, when using the JIRA Issue Navigator, the columns are sometimes misplaced. (The issue type is in the Issue Key column, the Issue Key is in the description column, and so on)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using IE9, access the Issue Navigator
2. Browse a few pages of the issue results
3. Issue appears :

Additional Findings

• Problem doesn't seem to be triggered by anything
• At first glance, the issue navigator appears fine. However, as the user browses more pages, the problem starts to manifest. Even if the user returns to the first page of the results, problem persists
• Tested in IE9 without any changes in the browser and document modes
• Problem doesn't occur in Firefox, Chrome, IE8
