Show the creator of an issue in the History tab

      Currently, the creator of an issue is not shown in the History tab.

      This could cause problems, for example, if the person who creates an issue sets another user as the reporter. Then, the original creator of the issue would not be able to be traced.

      Hence, it would be useful if we can view the original creator of the issue in the History tab.

            This is one of the scenarios I point out to auditors at large clients. They usually make us disable changing the reporter for this reason.
