Issue collector breaks if the context path ends with "s"

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      If the JIRA context path is set to a value that ends with a "s" then the issue collector breaks.

      Eg: "/issues or /defects or etc"

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Change the context path in server.xml to end with a "s"
      2. Start Jira...
      3. Create a issue collector can see that it has no field other than NAME and EMAIL.
