Use specific time instead of delay in services

    Description

      It would be nice if it was possible to get a service to run every:

      • day (at a specific time)
      • monday, friday (at a specific time)
      • on specefic days during a month (1st, 10th etc) (at a specific time)

      instead of just setting a delay in seconds
