Adding group for "Project Role Browser" using group picker is not working.

Steps:
1. Login as admin.
2. Click on "Project Role Browser" link.
3. Click "Manage Default member" for any of the project role.
4. Click "edit" to add groups.
5. Open the group picker and select any of the group. Click "Select"

Result:
1. Nothing happens.
2. Writing the actual group name in "Add Group" dialog adds the group. No auto complete is available.
3. The issue is not there with released 3.13.4.

Expected:
1. The user should be able to add groups using group picker.
