RSS link produces harmless but incorrect urls.

When JIRA creates url's like this: http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?view=rss&reset=true&decorator=none&updated%3Aprevious=-0w+177m&sorter/field=updated&sorter/order=ASC&pid=10560&pager/start=0&tempMax=10

It will automatically redirected users to: http://jira.atlassian.com/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/temp/SearchRequest.xml?&reset=true&decorator=none&updated%3Aprevious=-0w+177m&sorter/field=updated&sorter/order=ASC&pid=10560&pager/start=0&tempMax=10
It's got the ?& in the URL
