JiraModuleDescriptorFactory doesn't define some plugins2 descriptors

      The JiraModuleDescriptorFactory is missing some descriptor mappings. Namely: 'servlet' and 'servlet-filter'. There may be others. We should probably check that it has mappings for all the module types that plugins2 supports.

      Justus removed 'servlet' when doing the plugins2 merge. Not sure why.
