Search result sort order for select-list fields does not respect field order

      Say I set up a select-list custom field, where order is significant, eg. a set of timezones:

      I now wish to sort issues by timezone. Unfortunately JIRA is sorting custom fields alphabetically, rather than by the field's native order:
