Excel export should escape the certain arithmetic operators

      The excel export (Issue Navigator) is currently not able to escape certain arithmetic operators such as =, -, +, etc. If the cell data is starting with these operators, excel will treat it as a formula and it will not allow a formula that consists more than 1024 characters with the error message "Cell data too large".
