Description

To re-produce:

1. Create an issue with 'X' security level
2. Create a sub-task for that issue
3. Filter for the above issues in the Issue Navigator configuring it to include the Security Level column -> Security Levels show 'X'
4. Edit parent issue to use 'Y' security level
5. Filter for the above issues in the Issue Navigator again -> Security Levels show 'Y' for parent but 'X' still for sub-task
