The timeline is nice, but adding some vertical grid lines with labels (showing months or dates) would help me understand how far out something is without having to click on it. I showed the Initiative report to my boss on my screen and he immediately asked when things were. It wasn't immediately obvious how far out certain initiatives were without clicking on them individually.

If I was to take a screen capture (since there's no print or export to image/PDF) to share this with someone they wouldn't have the luxury of clicking on things to see the dates.
