Financial Reporting Support (Group, User Levels)

It would be helpful to support financial calculations (projected/actual project costs) that Jira would support the following:

1 - At role level, the ability to define a generalized rate for each role and leverage that for calculations/reports for projected project costs.

2 - At the user level, the ability to define a user's hourly rate and leverage that for calculations/reports for actual project costs.

These two features would help this process out tremendously.
