      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When settings ratio's (for instance in Reports/Themes, or Stages and Skills) it would be nice that some ratio's could be locked and not get recalculated all the time.
