This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a release in the advanced roadmap plan
2. Associate 6 issues (under To Do status) to the release
3. Go to Releases tab > hover mouse to Progress (issue count)

Expected Results

It will show 3 issues for To Do status

Actual Results

It will show 6 (days/hour/points) for To Do status, depending on the type of estimation configured for the plan).
This creates confusion for users because of the days/hour/points parameters which look like an estimation more than the issue count.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
