Bulk Change in Jira 9.x getting 405 error

      Problem

      While within Plans, and marking of a few programs, we are unable to perform the "Bulk Action" -> "Bulk change in Jira". It opens a new tab, with a 405 error.

      • 9.0.0
      • 9.1.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JIRA Software 9.0.0
      2. Create a new plan and associate with any Software board.
      3. Select a few issues under Scope and click "Bulk Action" -> "Bulk change in Jira"
      4. Open a new tab with 405 error.

      Expected Results

      Proceed to the bulk change operation steps page when performing "Bulk Action" -> "Bulk change in Jira".

      Actual Results

      Return 405 error message when performing "Bulk Action" -> "Bulk change in Jira".

      Workaround

      Use Bulk Operation from the Issue Searching page.

      Notes

      • Tested in 9.x DC version.
      • Bulk change is working in 8.22.x
