    • JIRA feedback is collected from a number of different sources and is evaluated when planning the product roadmap. If you would like to know more about how JIRA Product Management uses customer input during the planning process, please see our post on Atlassian Answers.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Original cutomer input: _ "I should be able to assign multiple stories to a releases in one go. At the moment I have to select the release for all of them individually."_

Suggestion also includes bulk changes to any fields and bulk prioritisation of backlog items (i.e., select multiple backlog items and perform the desired assignment / prioritisation).

Would love to see the ability to bulk edit supported custom fields as part of Bulk Scope.

It would be really efficient if I had the possibility to bulk change multiple Portfolio items just like in JIRA.

Would love to see the ability to mass move issues in Portfolio like you can in a Jira backlog. Highlight a group, then drag and drop.

As Portfolio commit to JIRA only Releases and Assignees that were confirmed manually, we need this confirmation was possible in a bulk.
For example the same way as with target dates: to check needed issues and choose Confirm Release or Confirm Assignees

It would be wonderful to select multiple issues via the checkbox and then right click "Move to top of backlog" or "Move to bottom of backlog".

Further - It would be a start to have an option to "prioritize by Release" such that clicking this button would automatically sort all issues by assigned release, moving unassigned release issues to bottom of backlog.  Priority would be maintained within a release such that given five issues:

            1 Alpha : v1.5

            2 Bravo : v2.0

            3 Charlie: v1.5

            4 Delta: v.2.5

            5 Echo v2.0

The "sorted" order would become Alpha, Charlie, Bravo, Echo, Delta

Adding another vote for bulk editing of rank and team assignment.

I'd like to be able to select a bunch of tickets and "move to top" like in the backlog view. Otherwise I have to drag each one to the top, which takes 10+ seconds per ticket in a list of 100 items.

We've been tracking team assignment of issues for years using our own custom field.  We need to be able to do a bulk update of the Portfolio "Team" field so it matches our legacy field.

When using Portfolio I'd like to be able to select several epics and move them all to a new (or different) initiative with one action. Right now Portfolio is missing any kind of sorting ability.

I would like to select a group of story or epic to assign same Team (or Theme, or Initiative...). Thanks.
