      Problem Definition

      Currently it is possible to synchronize the estimation between JIRA Agile and JIRA Portfolio when the same field is used for estimation on both. As it is possible to estimate using a custom field in JIRA Agile - but not in JIRA Portfolio - the synchronization will not work.

      Also, different teams may use different estimates on different Plans, which is not something currently possible with JIRA Portfolio.

      Suggested Solution

      • JIRA Portfolio would have a default Estimation.
      • The Estimation could be configured per plan.
      • The Estimation would accept values of "Number" custom fields.
