Jira is an fantastic planning tool.  With steps now into GANTT charts for extended planning across teams this open up a world of possibilities.  Our business relies on some physical components - sensors, hardware, and supply chain are all external inputs to the plans on when a product and software + hardware capability can be deployed.  So, the next question I have is - how can we integrate supply chain dates, times and resource tracking into Jira Advanced Roadmaps ?  We have physical sensors being produced overseas, there is the manufactured, the thousands of components that go into the sensor, as well as assembly and shipping times that all need to be tracked - in conjunction with the software which is deployed on these manufactured sensors.  This seems like an area ripe for exploring Advanced Roadmaps.
